Could be, but I have not yet found a tst50 model with matching headstock.
I know from contacting Tokai that they made a huge jump in there model number in 2016 (for the LP's)
So I think in general tst50 = AST96
but I could be wrong :)

seen tst50 and 55 with matching headstocks.
I have seen 55 with matching headstock on this forum.
ast has different headstock, specwise they probably are close.

You can always come and take it and its twin (yes I have two) for a testdrive with a coffee!

Sorry no longer for sale. It is just so darn good, I will not find another strat that good for the price I am selling it at.

It feels like 9,5 radius to me. More rounded then my Tokai love rocks.
Took some time to get used to, but **** what good guitars Tokai (still) makes

Thank! Are the frets medium jumbo or vintage frets?
