This is my new Custom Shop Tokai Love Rock.
This guitar have the specs of LS173/186 BUT with Honduran Mahogany that Tokai use only for top notch guitars like LS320 or LS540.
In my opinion this is the best japanese guitar that I have had in my life.
I have installed a Rewind Creme Brulee pickups (don't like the stock ones) with PIO caps and '50 wiring.

Lovely mahogany back, really like the figuring.
And, as commented, very lovely figuring in the "plain" maple top.
Nothing plain about that guitar!

Yes! I'm falling in love with this top! I love this "figuring" plain tops, while I don't like a lot a flamed tops...
