What are the import taxes in Switzerland? If you live in Germany this guitar would be about 1080 EUR:
960 $ (price)
140 $ (shipping)
220 $ (about 2 % import taxes + 18% purchase tax (Umsatzsteuer) on price
& shipping)

1320 $ = 1.078,78 EUR

By the way, this is an ES120 with flamed maple top, sides and back. But Ishibashi only wants 96,000 Yen plus shipping for it, as far as I remember, also with original case.

These times are long gone anyhow...

By the way, I looked up the latest exchange rates yesterday, and the EUR/Yen factor is 136 now while EUR/GBP is 0.67, and EUR/US$ is 1.22, so that ES120 "in the Ishibashi window" is EUR 711 without shipping and import taxes.

Hi, your German and Swiss guys.
For electric guitars you have to pay in the EU 3,7 % customs. From the sum of import price and ! freight cost!! Plus your country tax.

7.6% MwST + CHF 10 for presentation tax.
