I know Dimarzio made VS-1 DP108 pickups for Strats, but did Dimarzio also made VS-1 for Teles?

I just found a supposedly Dimarzio VS-1 Tele bridge pickup from the early '80s.

They look like the real deal! but VS stood for vintage strat ,shouldnt Di marzio tele pickups of this vintage be VT?Gabe.

I think you're onto something here . I was barking up the wrong tree (is that how it's said in English?), right from the start.
I googled VT-1 and the results are there, with pics and all. :p Photos look the same as mine, white cloth covered wire and all.
Should be a 1979/81 Dimarzio DP114 (VT-1) Tele bridge pup.

Thank you very much sir, for putting me on the right track.

Hi guys,

As far as I can tell, Tokai never used the VT-1 pup in any of their Breezysound models, not even the TE-120. It had TE-A pups.
It does look like a nice pup though

Exact, I bought the pup on its own. I'm planning to put it in my Breezy though.
