It is right around 4.35 kg. The tailpiece is as low as it goes but I think it just looks lower in that picture with the reflections.

Have you tried it higher?

One LP that I had when the TP was put down to its lowest setting it just killed the tone of it, and made it feel kinda crap to play.

It does vary with the guitar, strings, setup and individual players.
