I presume you think the decal has been applied recently without telling you?It does look a bit rough and crudely cut out. Many Springys had their decals sanded off in the seventies and eighties when Japanese guitars were not considered cool. Much later when Tokais became recognised as being the great guitars that they are proud owners restored them to their former glory with replacement decals so this is not uncommon. As long as you know that this has been done it and it is done reasonably well then it should n`t effect the value much. If you show us the rest of the guitar we should be able to tell you if it is authentic or not. Sticking Tokai decals on non Tokais though, is deeply dishonest. Gabe.

do the springy sounds with spagetti logo ever have these bridges and does that look like a tokai strap button. Its how it all add up?

umm.
 
I don`t think That is a tokai strap button But I could be wrong. .We need the whole of the serial number ,and a description of the pickups . body codes e.t.c.
 
You spotted this on eBay before under Genuine? I wish I'd read your posts before I brought on eBay. It's not as described.
