Is this body Japanese ? any ideas from whence it hails ?

My guess is that it was found in a peat bog not far from Gurteen and repainted with house paint by colour blind Mexicans on acid. Seriously though Red who could say where the feck it hailed from ,not me ! Gabe .

Hey guys,
I will stick my neck out and say not only is it Japanese, it is in fact Tokai-made.
The routing is definately pre-85 Tokai, but I believe it has been refinished.
The scratchplate, pickups, serial number and wiring indicate an ST-50.
Logo and serial number would place it around 1983.

I think he meant the sonic blue body with the badly fitting pickguard Peter, not the St 50 Goldie .
