Tuners replaced, original tuners judging by the screw holes were ST40 ones hence the neck is from an st40. String tree on an st40 was butterfly type not round as fitted to this guitar and the pickups were ceramics not the grey backed (unstamped?)pickups fitted to this guitar. 5 digit neck plate is from a maple necked St 50. St 40s were 6 digitsThat`s my opinion for what it is worth . Seller deals in guitar parts.Any one else got some thoughts on this one? Gabe.

I don't se many gold ones. I wonder what the pickups are stamped with?

He's added more pics - U stamped pups and all looks kosher. The original tuners were kluson type so they were replaced at some point and then changed back.
