Hi guys,
I'm lookin' for a kinda cheap MIJ Les Paul, and I stumbled upon these two models, same colour (lemon drop), similar prices, both Fujigen made.
They do look like they are actually the same guitar, just different brands, but I'm not sure about it...
Any opinions?

Thanks for the answer!
The fact is I know that Cool Z is Shimamura's cheaper brand, but at the same time the specs look pretty similar, and the NCLS-10 is FGN's entry level model...
Never mind though, I just found a cheap early '80s Aria Pro II PE-60 locally, I think I'm gonna buy that one!
