Hi All

I was hoping i could learn more about this Torch guitar.

where was it made? any options build quality?

That add is a bit misleading - Tokai never "owned" the brand Torch. If I recall correctly, Torch was Korean made with no connection to Tokai.
 
Common sales ploy - push up the value of your no-name copy by inventing an association with an established brand name.

No Tokai connection here.
