this was on fleebay a week ago, does anyone know this model? seller told me it s a 2004 guitar...

he s asking for 320 eur shipping not included sounds way yoo high imo...
 
Well I don?t know what that guitar is, but it?s not a 52ri :eek: .

First, there was no sunburst in 52 (a 52ri has to be see-through blonde faded to butterscotch). Also 52ri must have single-ply guard with 5 screws (that one has 3-ply, 7-screw), string tree should be button type, but that one is modern butterfly.

More worrying - where's the contrasting wooden truss plug at headstock/nut?? No trace of it on that guitar!? :roll: Does it even have a truss rod?

320Eu would be CHEAP for any genuine Tokai, but his pictures are nowhere near good enough, & I?d be very suspicious of that guitar ? is it even a real Tokai?

thanks ian, thats very useful info...plus, seller says he doesnt have any other pics. how cud i not notice the truss rod thing?
