New Burny Quality?

Hi what is the quality on new Burnys?
how can i tell if it is made in Japan or China?
the serial number on the guitar that im looking at is 0312117...MIJ?
the truss rod cover is also a 2 bolt pattern, if that is any help in determining if it is a MIJ or MIK..or even MIC..

On the catalogue , the MIJ have a two bolts truss rod and the MIC three.

in my latest catalog only the RLC-100, RLG-90, RSA-100, RSG-75 and the RTV-70 models are MIJ, the rest are not but they don`t mention where the rest are made.
That doesn`t include the artist models.
