Wow that"s beautiful! Is there anything better than Olympic White, rosewood board and mint green guard? Looks a stunner and Bacchus nearly play themselves don't they?
Congratulations! She's a corker!

Thanks guys, she's just about perfect. The neck size is nice and chunky but not over fat and the 9 1/2inch rad suits me much better than the vintage boards The finish is actually more yellowed than it looks in the picture but it's very hard to get it to show correctly in a photo.
I might just have to take a few Bacchus group shots if we ever get any decent light up here. It's grim oop North! |

Dave, are you sure it's a 9 1/2inch radius, I always thought mine were 7 1/4? |

If I could find my radius gauge I'd check mine, probably explains why they play so well |

Well THIS is excactly the reason I sold my fantastic BST-62 to Dave, I got me a ?61 reissue Gibson SG. It smokes all other Gibson?s I have owned and played so far, I just love it _________________ "The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. Ah.... me too. I've dressed mine up a bit with Faber gear (alum tailpiece with locking studs, ABR1 bridge with brass saddles, new capacitors and a vintage style Les Paul truss rod cover). Like you, finest SG I've ever owned or played:

Hey marcusnieman, I would be interested in the alu tailpeace and the ABR 1 bridge.
There are so many types og bridges and tailpieces, could you tell me the names/numbers on the ones you ordered? That way I?ll know they fit mine
What type/size of capacitors did you put in? Is there a big difference? _________________ "The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side."
