My experience with rinkya has always been excellent. I've done 6 guitars through them over the past 3 years or so and everyone has come packaged very well. Including a Greco SS550 SG special (thin guitar) in a gig bag. They have always responded to things very quickly and courteously.

The fees are a bit of a kick but really I think when I've done the calculations it's always about 10 to 15% (I don't count the basic EMS shipping or Customs fees...that's not their problem) per guitar. For what they do I'd say that's fair.
