might be made in Japan still? Sorry I don't have a model # yet to
reference by. Pictures of the guitar don't reveal much as to its origins but if somebody assures me it COULD be Japanese I'll post what I've got of the ad...

Naturally there are 2009 Love Rocks made in Japan - Tokai are still in business and have been for quite a while, so I guess they would have made at least one in 2009. :wink:
 
MIJ Tokais have a 2 screw truss rod cover and a bridge that is screwed directly into the body (without a metal slot that is entrenched in the body).

Isn't this the second or third time you've asked basically the same question, and been told the exact same thing each time?

Tokai are *still* making guitars in Japan, and always have done! Yes, they make cheaper models in China now, but without pics we can't tell you where a particular guitar came from!

Different guitar I think - the last one was supposed to be a '99.
