never heard of this make, but it seems to be a decent copy, not a tokai, but do any of you have any experience with these?

cheers

Know zero about Yamaki, but if funds won?t stretch to Tokai then what about Burny or Greco, eg maybe something like this?

At current exc. rates, guitars ending under $500 should arrive in UK all paid for approx. ?400 or less. Just 2:cents :-? .

Definately go for the Burny that ian posted. That seller is pretty good and Burny's are really awesome. I've had about 4 of them and they were all flawless. I just got a newer one with the sustainer in it and I think the build quality is top notch, just as good as the 80's one I had.

im bidding on this currently...

im gonna go and have a go on that yamaki hopefully though - i am at university in bristol so its pretty handy. ill decide whether the folks on harmony central are right and bid for it or not after that!

just thought id let you folks know i emailed the seller of this guitar, and we met up and i had a play and really liked the axe so he ended the auction early and i handed over some cash and now its mine :D
i havent a great deal of experience with les pauls (or similar), and this is my first, i have only played real gibsons a couple of times and one love rock; this certainly plays feels and sounds better than any epiphone i have had or played...

Hi there,

I've corresponded with a fellow in England who owns a Yamaki Les Paul copy and it's apparently a great guitar - good score!

Congratulations ? looks like a very nice guitar ? obviously guys here are keen on Tokai, but I think most recognize that Greco & Burny etc also made some nice stuff, and that one also has some interesting age to it :-? .
