help tokai goldstar sound

my goldstar sound strat.. does not have string tree but there 3 holes on the headstock.. i would like to know if my tokai is a stock model or a modified tokai.. i bought it second hand btw.

BTW.. the serial is imprinted on the neck plate.. it starts L****

At some point somebody has added an aftermarket locking nut to it. This was a popular but ugly mod in the late 80s/early 90s. Does it have a normal strat-style trem with 'Final prospec' stamped on the saddles? Sometimes trems were changed at the same time as locking nut was added.
 
Same thing that happened to my ST-60. THe holes were doweled and the original Tokai bridge were put back on before I bought it.
I can only imagine what songs got played on it before I got it

I'm always suspicous when I see an aged decal, I know that tokais have a habbit of doing it though.

best bet is to get more pics up - if a code is on the heel of the neck then you've probably got yourself a goldstar neck... even better if it matches the code in the body.
