They are so rare! 8)
Looks like alder body not ash.

Men! A EGF1800 on ebay, 2 SE800 and now this on yahoo?
Definitely a spring Greco rush lol

it's nice, but I don't really like the looks of a heavily flamed strat neck.doesn't seem to fit the guitar,I never saw any vintage strats with a flame like that!

Yeah ! That neck makes me feel sick...I just cannot look at that neck,it makes me feel ill? I dunno what it is ,strange indeed! off to the toilet..
Nice body though and very rare...i will call it a zebra neck!!!

MOJO HOBO

By the way it's written in catalogs that SE1200 is supposed to have amazing "SQUEEZE" pickups but they looks very similar to SE800 pickups...

What do you think?

one pic of the body back looks like it indicates a 2 piece body; just thought that was odd ................
I can't be the only one to notice that :-? ; well, maybe so .................

something funny going on in that neck pocket too ............

I hope whoever forks over the big bucks is ready for a let down ............

Looks to me to be a 1 piece, the lines on the back are not straight and tend to arc top and bottom

check the grain on photo 7, between the trem route cover & the neck plate, then get back to me  ...................

that is not a 1 pc. body; lumber does not do that funky BS ................

anyone that expects to get a 1 pc. body from that guitar will be getting a rude awakening but hey, it's only a dead tree, right? .....................

Yeah, that is the pic I posted the link to before your post :p. Odd thing is, you cannot see that line in the top photo via the pup cavities nor in the trem cavity unless it is a pancake, which I would find very hard to believe. I think it is a 1 piece but let's just agree that we disagree lol.

I had a white 62ri SE600 not too long ago.
It was a one piece body and braz board to top that.
The coolest thing though is the April -82 date. The last batch of Greco Strats.

That's amazing.
79-82 was really the golden year of Greco. 8)
I wonder what would have happen if Fender haven't licence Fujigen Gakki in 82... :)
