the step up from 1200 to 1800 = going from a veneer top on the 1200 to a solid top on the 1800

$5K for a '58 -'60 LP in the early '80s was a bit steep AFA my memory from those days but too bad you passed on that :evil:
9 0663 was (celebrity) owned by Joe Perry, Eric Johnson, Slash, and I suppose it's back in the hands of Joe Perry.
It is documented on pages 58 & 59 in 'the' book :wink: and is also pictured again, on page 175 :wink:
It's the 'burst that Slash plays in the 'November Rain' video
It was being offered at the GSWGS in Dallas, circa 1986, for ~$5K, and no one wanted it
Eric used this '59 'burst for one track that actually made it onto one of his albums.
Eric nick named this 'burst 'Hard Times'.
