What do you guys think? Especially the crack in the head stock. Is it worth buying?

Guitar doesn't look to bad. Might be able to get it cheap due to the crack but take the repair into account when setting your bid.

How bout tone, do the LS60's sound good. I'm playing an Epi LP Std now with Burstbuckers. I've also played several Gibbo LP's. Will it be closer to the Gibbo or the Epi?

Be much closer if not better than the Gibby. This guitar was made in '81 during the prime of Tokai's original run of LPs and compared to a '81 Gibson most would favor the Tokai.

I've got a '79 LS50 that sounds fantastic. Also got a '03 LS80 but I think the LS50 sounds better.

The LS50s and 60s are killer deals especially the pre-85 models. Also the LS60 become the LS70 models after about 1999/2000.

Find one - buy it.
