Unfortunately the pics are not loading,so I only can see the small pic above.Even the link for high res pics will not work but perhaps only on my pc

t.olsen, I can see the pictures fine so it might be your pc. That's a great looking guitar alright.

Chris

Great looker alright, but it's got a two piece heel on the neck, forget it.

Since when has an ObG Les Paul had cost cutting measures like that?

Very nice, but that heel would make it a no no for me.

Heres a similar OBG, very cool, but silly money surely?

 Awesome !
What a solid flametop and the condition is unbelievable ! Even on the backside almost no dings visible, looks like brand new guitar.
About the price I totally agree with you

unfortunately ......................

yes, I have to agree but my idea of what is unfortunate is the 10 lb. plus weight ........ but hey, I'm sure there are those that don't mind that aspect a bit  ............

The price on this one is $2475
That seems an awful lot to me. Many other good choices around at that price or less.

"The frets show only minimal wear. No binding cracks."

Wouldn't this have had a refret on it? Don't ObG's have fret edge binding? The frets are clearly not bounded.

the OBG has a 3 piece body back, and a separate piece for a neck heel & that is early/mid '80s Burny RLG-50 territory AFA those attributes

sure the OBG has a nice top & it's not a clown burst finish (big plus) but with the above items & the extra weight, I'm thinking there are more than a few out there that have much more $$$ than they have brains :p ................

The below pics are an early/mid '80s RLG-50 w/period typical 3 pc. back & spliced neck heel.
The mega 3D top has tons of annual ring exposure, tons of random & multi sized flame, and more birdseye than a 'flock of seagulls' :p
Even in todays market it would have sold for several bill$ le$$ than that insane priced OBG; probably 1/3rd less .........
Sorry for the crappy/indoor/flash pics .......... from back in the day :-?
