Hey MIJ
A little off topic (my apologies) but did you see the lemon drop History Vegas on Yahoo this morn? Sold for 38K and it was mint with a flight case. I was so tempted but.... |

HOLY CRAP BATMAN ......... that is only the 3rd one I have ever seen.
That looks like the same top color finish as the one I previously owned.

If I would have seen that on YJ, I would have had no qualms about going higher than what the bidding ended at.
Someone got a very nice/rare bird, and for a nice price; good on them
thanks a lot for the link; nice to see these around
EDIT: I just saw the weght listed as 4.6 kg which is over 10 lb.
I actually would have passed but I'm glad you had the link anyways
Still nice to see these; they are soooooo frikkin' rare, IMO ..........
Cheers ..... _________________ http://members.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&userid=mij_vintage

| Haha I know man...good god if I had found tenants for this month and didn't have to pay 3 mortgage payments in January I would have bought that, an early 80's Fernandes Rickenbacker bass, and a early 80's Greco Gretsch 6120 copy. Man I wanted the Gretsch copy SO BAD...argh I should have sold my Greco RS90 Super Real to get that...damn it. |

I saw that one about a week ago; didn't like the way the DRY 1982 stickers were positioned on the bases & one didn't really look like it was under the wax ..........
Nice looking one; hope you like her D _________________ http://members.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&userid=mij_vintage
