Thanks......I seem to remember that the LS150 was available as a flametop at some time. Plaintops are understated and all business.....that's why I like them.

I'll try to measure the neck this weekend.
 
I like some plain tops too :D but prices are going up steady :-?

I've said it before but the LS150 is easily, the equivalent to a Gibson VOS R8 in terms of specs. In terms of build quality,without question, the Tokai is superior. As for the price, about half that of the Gibson. For me, the decision was clear.
