Hi guys,

I'm contemplating purchasing a NOS 2008 LS-90 plaintop guitar...anyone own one of these, and can you tell me about the tonal characteristics (generally...I know from guitar to guitar, some may be a bit brighter, some a bit darker)...I'm looking for a not-too-bright Les Paul...something that has more mahogany influence than maple...any words of wisdom???

Yeah, sounds good. He's running through a couple of very nice pedals to get that sound though.

Absolutely right.... the best way to hear a guitar is clean and pushed through a good amp. Pedals can make it sound like anything......polishing a turd.
