The reason I ask is that I stumbled across a 1977 Electra x410 locally and picked it up for less than $500. It's a 335 style body, but it has a fan headstock and triangle/diamond inlays. The quality and tone hangs with the other 335 guitars I've owned at multiples of the price (03 Tokai ES-120 and an 83 Gibson Dot Reissue). If you can get past the non-Gibson look of it, you might want to add it to your list. But make sure it's a 76 - 82. Mine's not for sale, but here are a couple of pics to show you what I'm talking about.
