Leaving aside the price..
In woodwork terms - can't help wondering what has actually gone on there: looks like somebody has (poorly) crafted a veneered top to a Les Paul/LoveRock type body, and attacked the pickup cavities with some kind of routing device.
Does that sound about right ?

Yep, correct, a badly done P90 conversion and poorly fitted veneers. Now re listed :wink:
