Has anyone seen this beauty?
Supposedly a LS-100, I think it's a stunner!

Looks like a real gem to me. If I had any cash I'd snap that up.

Yep, finish does look almost too good - I'd risk it though.

colour spec. for '78 - '82 LS-100V top = VF, CS, OS but then of course, I'm not real keen on catalogs    ........

the condition of the top finish looks incredibly clean for a 29 year vintage finish ......... not so sure if it's original, or not :-?

it's an odd one, for sure, nice tho' 8) ...................

been looking and very tempted.....absolutely love that top and finish color
even went as far as to increase my rinkya account level.....this is truly a sickness

Put in a lower offer last night and checked this morning and auction closed for a negotiated price and appears to be a rinkya bidder......have yet to receive confirmation if I was the winning bid.....any one else here put in a offer

Hard to tell - it doesn't look milky white either. This isn't one of the better pic's and as you said it's not a standard colour either - almost natural.

Anyway it was just a thought.

the top color does look more or less colorless aka natural, basically like it was clear coated with lacquer, and then slightly aged over time.
The logo doesn't seem to have the same 'look' ...............
To my eyes it doesn't add up as being the so called 'cashew' finish

MAN, That is some serious money for a ls100,If it is? But that top is so rare and perfect,i would bump the price up by 40,000 yen as well!
I never got it ,anyone here bag it!Luckly SOB

Could it be a faded violin finish?.........some of the pics even look like a lemon drop to me

Whatever it is......it's perfect for that top
