Hey guy,

I see a couple of these EG-1000 Greco's around but the price seems to be steep. Around this price point, couldnt you just get a Gibson? Thoughts?

Hopefully someone else can chime in and correct me if I’m wrong. I was searching all day to try and find a Greco custom in my price range so I’ve been reading up on them a bit.
I think a big selling point of the higher end super reals (1000 and up) was the Dry Z pickups. Looks like in the listing the pups have been changed. Still though, from my understanding the early 80s super reals are considered the cream of the crop in terms of build quality.
Again, hopefully someone else can chime in and correct me if I’m wrong.

Happy Hunting!
