Came across this greco eg59-85 while shearching through tokai on rinkya,
The seller says it is a eg59-85,if you follow the link to his yahoo photos ,it appears to have fret edge binding ,thou it is the smallest nibs i have seen !
In the transation i think he said it has feb, looking at all the info about greco,is this a rare model.

Why is it on the tokai page ,what is the link between tokai and greco,it does not look it was made by tokai ,because the pup cavity routing are wrong shape not square,
MAYBE YOU MIJ GERCO EXPERTS CAN TRANSLATE THE PAGE AND ENLIGHTEN ME?

MANY THANKS; MOJO HOBO

Tokai made some Grecos in the late 80s.

The Tokai Grecos have no serial number and squarish shaped holes at the bottom of the pickup cavities.

If the Greco hasn't got the above features then it's not made by Tokai.

I think so Marcus, i was told this about 12 months ago and i think Tokai still do make them, as well as the Scheckter "American series" guitars among others..

Cool.... You guys have seen pics of the black GZ I have with the diamond inlays on the front.... most excellent guitar. Attention to detail is impeccable. Now I know why.

Yes i have seen yours and it is gorgeous, i very nearly bought a GZB 2500 bass, it was an incredible looking guitar but i passed on it, maybe later....
