I've had three of these, they all had a 1-piece mahog back with a 1-piece mahog cap.

i have a 78 with a rose board but same 1 piece mahog back and top

Just lovely! Are these generally heavier due to the all mahogany body?

Thanks! That inlay shows up in later 81 catalog and in 82.
It is inspired by Les Paul Artisan - google the Gibson, very similar headstock.

Just tokai copying Gibson. Google gibson artisan.
