I think it's a D shape...quite fat, but not too fat - everything is possible on the fretboard

Looks like the standard vintage circuit with treble bleed cap.
It is a good circuit as you just crank the amp up and control it all from the guitar.
Some abhor messing with both controls but you get used to it very quickly. I adapted my Strat to have the same cap across the volume pot lugs.
