I've been looking for a Les Paul Junior Double Cut in TV Yellow and I found this Tokai beauty listed on Reverb in the UK.

Given the reputation for Juniors and neck breaks, I was hesitant to buy it as it needed to travel over 5,000 miles to get to me in California, however, I decided to take the risk. Four days after buying the guitar, it was safely in my hands (thank you DHL!).
First impressions are very positive. Nice chunky, comfortable neck and a decent sounding P90. The bridge has already been upgraded to a Mojoaxe Lightning Bolt, so all was good with the intonation.
I believe this is an early 2000s model but can anyone give me a more accurate date? The serial is 0509983.
