Hi,
I have a Love Rock II in blue quilt. It's a beautiful guitar with the best sounding pickups in my collection. However, it's never quite felt right while standing -- too heavy and my shoulder gets bothered.
I recently stumbled on to a change that made it my #1 - I moved the upper bout strap button on the horn to behind the neck, like my SGs.
Now, it's much more balanced and a joy to play.
I realized this possibility after weighing against my other guitars and it wasn't actually any heavier. The position of the horn strap button just made it sit wrong on my body.
Anyway, I thought I'd share in case anyone else had this problem and wanted a potential solution.
Thanks!
