Very unusual guitar. Not sure what to think about this one.
It has the script logo which suggests GMC 1970/71 import.
It has a truss rod cover, which is 1975 or earlier?
It has an eagle in lay which looks like it could be associated with the American Bi-centennial in 1976?
It has very crude looking snowflake, or something similar, fret markers.
The case dates to much later than the guitar I think. The case is circa 1980.

This device has a Tokai logo on the head, maybe an eagle? A rare item with inlays and pojon marks cut into dots is decorated with Avalon.
This is the first time I've seen a position mark like this.
It's probably made by Tokai Musical Instruments, but it's not Humming Bird or Cat 's Eyes , it uses the Tokai logo , which looks like the logo on electric guitars .
It's the first time I've seen a guitar like this, so I don't know the details, so I couldn't look it up on the internet, and there's no label, so I have no idea.
The top is made of veneer, and the back of the neck has a velute found on high-end guitars.
It's probably a guitar from the 70 's .
When you remove the truss rod cover, there is a countersunk hole in the shape of the truss rod cover, allowing the truss rod to fit neatly into it.This is the first time I have seen such processing. (See photo 9)
Overall, there are no noticeable scratches, dents, or cracks, and the paint is shiny and clean, so I think it is in good condition.
Playability is good, with no peeling of the bracing, no floating bridges, and no bulges on the top .
The binding has turned amber with age and is cool.
Looks like the pegs have been replaced.
The saddle has been replaced with a new one made from cow bone and has an octave adjustment.
Comes with a Tokai Gakki Cat 's Eyes blue case.
