Selling a rare vintage Ibanze LR-10 Made in Japan. LR named after Lee Ritenour was manufactured only for a short period. Year 1980 was sort of the golden age of Ibanez hollow body production, at which year the legendary AS200 was also introduced. You wouldn't want to miss this dual rarity.

This guitar is shipped from Tokyo Japan to worldwide. Price: USD 1,490 + shipping fee.

So, is the body shape on this like a 335, 330 ?? what makes this any different spec wise than say a AS80 ??

Yes Body is similar to 335.
Greco SA-500/550 are pretty close to 330 in that they both have split center block.

Compared to AS80, LR10 is more upper grade guitar, sitting along with AS200 (John Scofield), JP20 (Joe Pass), or PM 100 (Pat Metheny). LR10 has the quality timers such as flame maple top + Brazilian rosewood + 3 piece maple/mahogany/maple neck. Inlays are abalone. All the LR10 were crafted in Japan. Whereas I believe AS80 were manufactured either Korea/China. Timers are also lower budget ones. Maple top + Maple neck + Rosewood fretboard. You would want to compare AS80 with its rivalry Japanese brands such Tokai ES-80, Burny RSA-65 etc.
