I didn't know they made Korean models in the 70's... looks like a budget model though, scarf joint, zero fret, mahogany ply, probably laminate top
 
It was news to me too. Makes me pause about the whole accepted timeline on offshore production of Tokai guitars. Will keep my eyes open when looking at budget models before 1995.
