1983 GRECO EG model (1958 style) - Europe seller

Here is a beautiful 1983 Mint Collection EG Model. Reissue of a 1958 Les Paul plaintop. Made with care in Japan.
It has a long neck tenon with one piece mahogany neck, a two piece center-seamed mahogany back, vintage yellow fret edge binding, two piecemaple top, poly finish. Real mother-of-pearl inlay ! It has originals pickups/ potentiometer..It sounds GREAT !!
The neck is definitely a 50s profile and is 23mm deep at the first fret. That is pretty thick Gibson production 50s profile is 22mm.
Cosmetically it is beautiful. Amazing condition for it's age. a few small chips here and there but much of it looks like in excellent condition.

Plays and sounds great and has a nice straight neck. Comes in the newer case pictured.

Bought in 2013 from Villager.

It looks to be an nice example of an EG59-50 model. The inlays are actually acrylic and not MOP. Does it have Screamin1982 pickups?

Nice guitar! I agree on the price. I have the one in the first link, and other than a bit of neck rise it is a great guitar.
