Identify this Silver Star and finish question
Got it.... BBR it is. Thanks guys....and it does plsy real good. But i think ill run the treble at 8 since the bridge pickup is pretty bright.- wosinek

Identify this Silver Star and finish question
so I'll look up BBR to see what piece of the puzzle that adds. Thanks guys for the help. It is all original i believe but will check on pickups soon. So is there anything to be concerned of with a poly finish as far a guitar stands or cases etc. Thanks- wosinek

Identify this Silver Star and finish question
My son just gave me this guitar and it is a beauty. I think it is a 1980 Silver Star SS-38 ( or SS-36 ) 0012302 but not for sure. Here are some pictures to help ID it. also, is the finish nitro or poly or ?? as I am buying a new Fender tweed case with the red fuzzy lining and want to make sure...- wosinek
