Can anyone tell me how to identify which factory a Casino was made by the serial number? Also, approx. production dates for each factory and the differences in build or quality?

1978 Springy Sound Question??? Did all '78 Springys have the narrow neck plate? Or did they change to the correct spec/size sometime toward late '78 production?
