Hi Graham, the Fret king Tokai never went into production. In fact, Fret King decided to have them build in Korea. BTW are you interested in selling it? I have the Tele Tokai Fret King and Eclat (Les Paul) 0000001

The new Tokais look alot like the one they tried to introduce in 2002 called the NASHVILLE models http://www2.wbs.ne.jp/~tokai/news.htm I own the NTS200 which an excellent guitar; well constructed as always and very strat sounding. 8)

Would anyone have information with respect to TOKAI NTS200 model ? I presently own one and would like to know more about the quality/price as well as why we don't see them around and that there is practically no info on the Web. It's beautiful instrument that I got from e-bay about 2 months...

These are the TCD286 and TCD285 that I am talking about. I exchanged e-mail with the auctioner. So from what I understand now there low end guitars. So I do not know if it is a good deal.
