Beautiful! That is a serious looking shred machine. I can't tell you much about it, except that it is shown in the 1989 Tokai catalog (click the link at the home page) as a VC75 in Red Zebra. Hopefully someone else will chip in to give you more info, although you might become the resident expert on...
