The MIK guitars that I have seen and have in stock are very good, they wipe the floor with my old trusty Epi that I've had since I first started playing... some 12 years ago MIJ guitars a...

Why don't you email him and ask if he would rewind your existing pickups ?

My usual recommendation when it comes to pups is Tim from Bareknuckle!

I don't actually know if they make those though!!

Try www.bareknucklepickups.co.uk , email them or post something on the forum over there!

I have an LS85Q in stock, in a sea blue sort of colour. The finish is gorgeous. There are all sorts of issues with supply from Tokai though. I haven't been dealing with them for long so I don't know if it is always like this or what, but it is very difficult. I find it hard to get sensible answers a...

Thanks Jamieh (weren't in Corfu in 1985 were you? - maybe not - long shot). Nah... not me!! Always liked the sound of the G&L's but rather try new pups in the Strat which I like otherwise rather than search out an new axe. bruno wrote the one thing I haven't understood to it's full extend is how come, the ls-150's you buy in england don't come with the open book headstock, most of them I've seen, have that extra wave at the middle... what's up with that? jamieh, just because coda managed to stock up on ls-150's, doesn't mean they're still being produced, they aren't, I asked, and this has been much debated in this forum, the production started and only lasted, due to a bunch of maple that was incorrectly suplied to tokai, it was supposed to be plai...
