No, I mean photos that would show the guitars in europe before that date eg with a newspaper or some way of showing it was there if you dont have a receipt. i have pictuires of my Squier Strat with me when I was 18 so this would date it as being in the UK in 1983

Hi ibicus, do you have any digital photos or still photos that would date the guitars. Would these be accepted as proof?

try a paint stripper (Nitromorse) to remove the layer so that you dont sand off the code, it will be on a paint free area in the control pocket that was laquered over (see book photos)

You can add your location to your profile so we know where you found this lovely guitar. OW colour code is Olympic White but sometimes stated as Old White or Off white (I'd need to ch...

Did you check out the preview? It is more to do with the paint. TST 60s were 2 part body anyway. What colour is yours?

Hi there the 60 refers to the retail price, so 60,000 yen. Not sure about springys but The goldies has a TST40 model, TST50 and TST 55. The extra 5000 yen was for non standard / custom paint like metallic or with the matching headstock paint. The extra 5000 yen on a springy may have been for 2 piece...
