Nice to know that there are more Tokai forum users on Myspace... I started with a profile of my first band Bluezz Bastardzz, and not too long ago also added another for my second band Indigo Rocks. We're both doing bluesrock covers: http://myspace.com/bluezzbastardzz http://myspace.com/indig...

Yes, it's in the same condition, I have it since the early '80s, and it still works perfect. I think I haven't changed the tape since 20 years either...

Unfortunately not, you have to be a Myspace member to look at the pictures of another user. Strangely that's not the case with uploaded videos or at least favorite videos from others that you have added/bookmarked to your profile, these can be seen by unregistered visitors. Here's an example: http:/...

Great, so they really existed... Can you post more pictures, e.g. from the bridge? I'm interested if the saddles are brass and if they were plated or not. By the way, are those brass saddles available as a replacement part, or the whole bridge with brass saddles? I've not seen them as single ...

Part IX: new Schaller ST6K Kluson copies for the LS120

Part IX: new Schaller ST6K Kluson copies for the LS120 I thought I should add this here, because I recorded two more clips of Alright Now ("Jeezz..." ) with my LS120, one with the old Schaller M6 tuners that the first owner had installed before I bought it from him in 1985, and one with the ...

Ned, are guests allowed to post in this thread, otherwise it would not make sense? There's one new user from Denmark who can't activate his account, because he didn't receive that confirmation mail. His real name is Lars Dreymann, and he mailed me about his problem and also wrote to your usua...

Other members had better reactions, but truly it's just a waste of time and energy to try and make a point over these things when people aren't even willing to allow you an opinion from the get go. The only result of reading such threads for me usually is an update of the "Ignore list" which forums...

Interesting thread. Any soundbites, Chap's? :D I listed all our available band demos here with a short description of the gear I used for each song: http://www.tokaiforum.com/viewtopic.php?p=28073#28073 That old Marshall combo has only been recorded once though (with half of my Marshall cab, not wi...

I've found that it doesn't matter which of my three amps I take for my two Love Rocks, because they show their characteristic tone over each combination, and I only have to add more or less presence, sometimes bass, and get my favorite sound. Tomorrow I'll be playing in the band of my friend for the...

Great to hear! Will you also import MIJ Love Rocks that look like the Japanese models, i.e. like not the ones in the past with rounded cutaway, reversed control knobs and changed headstock?
