Where did you get it Dave? Amazon dont have it and dont know when they will get any more.

I must have been lucky. Got it from Amazon UK about four weeks ago.

Tracked it all the way from Koln on Friday via DHL and it arrived on a Parcel Force van! Fortunately all is good and I saved a packet on UK prices. Only ?160 with the case
