The 2016 catalogue lists the LC210S as having a lacquer finish, the same term as used on the top of the line LS340. I would say therefore that it has a pure nitro finish.

No worries, very legit!
Dimensions of the holes of the TRC are the same as Gibson and some people prefer the bell shaped one. (As did I )

Agreed, I've got a Gibson Historic style bell on mine.

In my experience the weak links in this and similar guitars are the electronics and nut. Upgrade those and you'll have a workhorse that lasts forever. Pickups are optional depending on taste.
