The point I was making about the registry is that it states that 83 gold stars have the script logo...but then it says that 83 gold stars have the block logo...it doesn' ...

I agree...With the cluson style tuners and the staggered pole pieces in the pickups it's an ST50...headstock decal puts it at 83-84. Definitely pre 1985.

Well I was expecting An ST50 with Staggered alnico pole pieces and got the st 40 with flat ceramics...I only found out the difference after I got it home...but I have to say the condition for me makes ...

Well to be honest I've had it out with the seller and he assures me he was sold it as a 50 and he sold it in good faith as a 50...to be honest it is in such good condition it probably does rival most ...
