Could it be a Springy neck on modern Tokai Goldstar body? The stamps on the end of the neck should give a hint I think.
Thanks, I'm away from home this week but will be back on the weekend. Transferwise.com is a great option for cheapest cost, win-win for buyer and seller. It will be in the hard case and packed securely for the journey.
It looks like a fake model to me as the serial and tuners are not what would be on a Greco. It looks really new as well. Could it be a rare model? The serial number looks like a good attempt to make one similar to a real Greco but it is too long.....

It is hard to find the background of these high-end Bacchus LPs. Are they possibly order models? Good post, I translated the blog entry of Takano and this information was pretty useful. My theory is that the A was used when making the DRY-Z pickups and PU-2 pickups at the same production location to easily differentiate them (nevermind the stamped baseplates of most PU-2s).
