I saw this Greco on Ebay, I love the look of it but know very little about them. I think from what I have read the older ones are more desirable. I haven't a clue about price either, please bear in mind that this is in the UK so will be different to US prices (usually higher :roll: )...

Vintage make very good guitars, I have an SG copy and it is great for a ?130. If you could stretch to around ?230 I would buy the Cort G250. It is a fat strat guitar like the Pacifica 112 but supposed to be a lot better instrument. Checkout the review etc on this website. www.guitars.co.uk

I do prefer the SG but would buy a Love Rock also. I think the reason that I mentioned the Love Rock is that there are a lot more of them about, and the MIK ALS48 is quite a bit cheaper, although it is made out of different materials. Again I am no expert so I would not know what difference...

I agree playing the guitar is the best idea before buying, the problem is I live in a remote area of the UK and the only music shop close to me has rip-off prices and I do not think that they sell Tokai's. Still it is probably worth a 150 mile drive to a decent shop when spending so much cash...
