hi all, i think its fairly obvious - a) i play a springy and its flat down the best fender i have ever heard, and that includes 50s orginals b) they can potentially generate a lot of $$ because c) globalization, even if it sucks generates a rather large market i remember a wanker from the UK...

i just bought a 79 "les paul reborn" from him through one of those ebay auctions. the guy is totally ok, very reliable and the guitar was exactly like advertised. needless to say im happy with the quality ... he also answered a few questions i had with expertese so i think he knows what he is...
